Efficient urban management processes, the development of new services, and the continuous optimization of existing services can only be achieved if the data generated in the relevant areas is collected, processed, and transformed into the information needed to ground decisions.

In developing a decision support solution for the City of Szolnok, which is still in its pilot, first phase, we have identified a number of areas in cooperation with the City where the above can deliver tangible benefits, reduce operational costs, improve service quality and increase public satisfaction with the implementation of competitiveness support processes. Examples include energy, transport, and optimizing the use of the car fleet.
